Basic Qualifications:
1. Candidates must have a strong Computer Science background.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is a must.
3. Fresher to 4 years of software development experience
4. Proficiency in Java or C++, with Object-oriented Design
5. Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms
6. Must show strong ownership, bias for action and product sense.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Understanding of XML, JS, CSS, HTML, and web application development is desirable.
2. Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
3. Perl, SQL and experience with Linux
4. Will have experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems in a production environment
5. Ideal candidates will show excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems
