Job Description:

We are hiring for Contractual AND Permanent resources for the position of Customer Service Associates at Pune.

Walk-in dates : 14th August to 18th August (Monday to Friday) (15th August is a site off so we wont have interviews that day) 

Timings: 11AM to 3PM 

Venue: Amazon Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd, Trion IT Park, Survey No: 35, 7 Ahmednagar Road, Village Vadgoan Sheri, Taluka Haveli,, PUNE, Maharashtra - 411014,India


Please carry resume, passport size photograph and one Original Govt ID proof for interviews. 


Knowledge & Skills Required :

  1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  2. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  3. Excellent documentation skills
  4. Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  5. Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  6. Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  7. Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

  8. Computer Knowledge/Skills: 

  9. Ability to use a desktop computer system
  10. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer
  11. Excellent typing skills
  12. Demonstrates understanding of the Internet, Amazon.com website, and competitor websites
  13. Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
  14. Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
  15. Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media
  16. Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment

  9. Ability to work overtime as required by business - as much as 60 hours a week, most often occurring in the weeks surrounding the Christmas holiday season.
