ROLE DESCRIPTION:


Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle. 
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  1. Actively participate and be hands on in the design, development and support on an Integration project with Oracle HRMS 
  2. HRMS Technical Experience in any 4 of Developing RICEW objects in Oracle Application Implementations, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework(OAF), Fast Formulas, AME, Workflows & Integrations using Web services 
  3. HRMS Module Exposure Should have worked on at least 3 of these modules Benefits, Compensation, OTL, Core HR , SSHR, Performance Management with priority of the modules in the order given 
  4. Willingness to jump in and troubleshoot, resolve complex problems related to the above application modules. 
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  6. Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data "
