Candidates should possess M.E / M.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation (or) B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation with valid GATE/ NET Score or M.Sc. Physics/ Electronics with valid GATE/ NET Score.
