About West Central Railway:

West Central Railway has two noteworthy marshaling yards at New Katni Jn. Furthermore, Itarsi Jn. It additionally has three electric loco sheds at New Katni, Itarsi and Tuglakabad with an aggregate armada of 349 electric trains and two diesel loco sheds at New katni and Itarsi with an aggregate armada of 349 diesel trains to keep the movement proceeding onward its courses, To keep the armada of about 700 trains in great fettle all the time is a mammoth undertaking and a test which is effectively met by this railroad.
