Job notification in Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) for Scientist B Posts.Eligible candidates can apply online from 09-09-2016 at 17:00 hrs to 29-09-2016 at 17:00 hrs.


Chemistry: 01 Post
Medical Biochemistry: 02 Posts
Biophysics: 01 Post
Radiotherapy physics: 01 Post
Pharmacy: 01 Post
Psychology: 12 Posts
Candidates age limit should not exceed 28 years as on 29-09-2016. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates admissible as per rules.
Candidates should possess First Class Master's Degree in Chemistry for S.No-1, First Class Master's Degree in Medical Biochemistry for S.No-2, First Class Master's Degree in Biophysics for S.No-3, First Class Master's Degree in Radiotherapy physics for S.No-4, First Class Master's Degree in Pharmacy for S.No-5, First Class Master's Degree in Psychology for S.No-6 Posts from a recognized University or equivalent with adequate experience.
Candidates will be selected based on Qualificaton & personal interview.

About RAC:
 RAC, the Recruitment and Assessment Centre of DRDO was set up on 23 July 1985 after getting exemption from the purview of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). It is situated at Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi. RAC has undertaken various recruitment programmes to induct scientists each year in variety of scientific and engineering disciplines relevant to DRDO Laboratories and assessed the suitability of DRDO scientists for promotion to next higher grade through duly constituted Assessment Boards/ Peer Committee.
