Job notification in Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) for the recruitment of 363 Junior Clerks & Junior Assistants vacancies in various departments on contractual basis. Eligible candidates can apply online from 12-12-2016 to 11-01-2017 by 11.59 PM


Junior Clerks: 207
Junior Assistants: 156
Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to SEBC, SC, ST, all women candidates & for other refer notification
Candidates should possess minimum 10+2 or equivalent examination with knowledge in Basic Computer Skills
Candidates will be selected based on main written examination & Computer Skill Test.
Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.ossc.gov.in from 12-12-2016 to 11-01-2017 by 11.59 PM & candidates belonging to special category such as PWD & Ex Servicemen and In-service contractual employees claiming age relaxation etc should submit the required documents as mentioned in the notification to the Secretary OSSC, Barrack No-1, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar on or before 27-01-2017

About OSSC: 

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) was set up by Govt. of Odisha as a statutory body in the year 1994 for doing direct administering against Group-C posts in the State unit (as against District structure) as might be sorted out in the OSSC Rules, 1993.There are some spot in the level of 85 amazing units of posts/relationship under specific qualities of Government to which determination is made through this Commission. .The Commission is passing by the Chairman, and moreover it combines a Member.They are alloted by the Government, and are energized by Rules controlling their choice and conditions of service.The Commission is attempted and consistent with the General Administration Department of Government in complete and cash related matters.Secretary is the Head of Office; and helping him are the Joint Secretary/Addl. Secretary, Under Secretary, Accounts Officer, and the Special Officer.
