Job notification in Northeast Frontier Railway for Scouts & Guides Quota Posts.Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 19-09-2016 by 17:30 hours & 29-09-2016 for remote areas.


1. Grade Pay Rs 1900/-: 02 Posts
i. Ticket Collector
ii. Commercial Clerk
iii. Jr Clerk cum Typist
iv. Trains Clark
2. Grade Pay Rs 1800/-: 10 Posts
Candidate age limit is 18 to 39 years for UR, 18 to 32 years for OBC & 18 to 34 years for SC/ ST for grade pay 1900/- & 18 to 32 years for UR, 18 to 35 years for OBC & 18 to 37 years for SC/ ST for grade pay 1800/-. Upper age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates is applicable.
Candidates should possess 12 th (+2 stage)/ its equivalent examination with not less than 50 % marks with typing proficiency of 30 wpm in English/ 25 wpm in Hindi or matriculation/ ITI/ equivalent.
Candidates will be selected based on written test, scouting skill assessment, certificates & others.
Eligible candidates can send their application in prescribed format along with duly gazetted officer attested copies of of certificates regarding age, qualification etc, 02 self address envelope & 03 recent passport size photographs, superscribe envelope with Application against Scouts & Guids Quota, E.N. No.___, GP___ & Community:___ by ordinary post to Asstt Personal Officer (Recruitment), N.F. Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guhati-781011, District Kamrup, Assam/ dropped by hand in application box kept in recruitment Section, CPO's Office, NF Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guhati on or before 19-09-2016 by 17:30 hours & 29-09-2016 for remote areas.

About Northeast Frontier Railway: 
Upper east Frontier Railway has Five Divisions specifically, Tinsukia, Lumding, Rangiya, Alipurduar and Katihar and at field level these Divisions are clearly responsible for Train operations and reports to General Manager. Each of these Divisions is passing by Divisional Railway Manager, a Senior Administrative Grade officer of the rank of Joint Secretary to Government of India.
