Job notification in Northeast Frontier Railway, for Sports Person posts. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application format on or before 23-08-2016 & for remote areas on or before 02-09-2016.

1. Athletics (Men & Women): 02 Posts
2. Badminton (Men): 01 Post
3. Basketball (Men & Women): 04 Pots
4. Cricket (Men & Women): 03 Posts
5. Cycling (Women): 01 Post
6. Football (Men): 03 Posts
7. Volleyball (Men): 02 Posts
Candidates age should be between 18-25 years as on 01-01-2017.
Candidates should possess Matriculation/ 10th or its equivalent.
Candidates will be selected based on Trail of Sports Performance, interview & assessment of sports achievement.
Eligible candidates send their application on a good quality A-4 size palin paper in the prescribed format along with two recent passport size photographs duly attested by a gazetted officer, copies of all relevant certificates, experience & envelope should be superscribed with "Recruitment against Sports Quota:: Event-------" with the name of the event should be sent by ordinary post to Asstt. Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Northeast Frontier Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guwahati-781011 (Assam) or dropped in the Application Box in the recruitment Section in the office of Chief Personnel Officer, NF Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guwahati (Assam) on or before 23-08-201 & for remote areas on or before 02-09-2016.

About Northeast Frontier Railway:
Northeast Frontier Railway has Five Divisions in particular, Tinsukia, Lumding, Rangiya, Alipurduar and Katihar and at field level these Divisions are straightforwardly in charge of Train operations and reports to General Manager. Each of these Divisions is going by Divisional Railway Manager, a Senior Administrative Grade officer of the rank of Joint Secretary to Government of India.
