NIT Rourkela Recruitment 2017-Apply for SRF, Project Asst & JRF Posts

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela has released notification for the recruitment of Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Project Assistant vacancies for the project titled Intelligent Surveillance Data Retriever (ISDR) for Smart city Applications undertaken in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of the Institute on temporary basis. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed format on or before 21-08-2017.

Name of the Posts:
1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 05 Posts
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 02 Posts
3. Project Assistant: 04 Posts.
Candidates age limit is 30 years for post 1, 28 years for post 3.
Candidates should possess B.Tech/ B.E/ M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc/ MCA/ MBA Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Electrical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering/ Computer Science/ Include Electronics & Instrumentation with above 60% (or 6 CGPA) of marks for post 1, 3, Hardware & Software development (B.Tech/ B.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Computer science/ MCA) for post 2 with relevant experience.
Candidates will be selected based on written/ practical test, technical, personal interview.
