Job notification in National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) for the recruitment of Technical Coordinator & Production Asst/ Sound Recordist/ Technician vacancies on contractual basis. Eligible candidates may walk in interview on 20-01-2017 from 11:00 AM onwards


Technical Coordinator(Assistant Engineer Gr A): 01 Post
Production Asst/ Sound Recordist/ Technician (Technician/ Cameraman Grade II): 01 Post
Candidates age should be below 35 years
Candidates should possess Degree in Electronics/ Communication Engineering or M. Sc Degree in Physics with Wireless communication or Electronics as a special subject for Post 1, Degree or equivalent, Diploma or certificate from a recognized institute for Post 2 with relevant experience.
Candidates will be selected based on interview.
Eligible candidates may appear for interview along with bio-data, recent passport size photo, original testimonials, age, caste, set of self attested copies of testimonials on 20-01-2017 from 11:00 AM onwards.

About NERIE:
The historical backdrop of commencement of North East Regional Institute of Education goes back to the year 1982. The 'Team' of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) headed by Madhuri Shah made a suggestion to set up a Regional Center for NCERT in the north east. It was felt that the Regional College at Bhubaneswar was in no position to care for the necessities of the north east which are one of a kind as well as require need consideration in the setting of socio-political circumstance. In any case, it is in the year 1995 that the thought of making a different Regional Institute of Education for the north east was mooted by amalgamating the then Field Units of NCERT at Guwahati and Shillong. At this crossroads the Council named an One-man Committee under the Chairmanship of Prof. C.L. Anand, previous Vice Chancellor, Arunachal University to set up a "Blue Print" regarding the setting up of a Regional Institute of Education (RIE) of the NCERT for the North East at Shillong.
