About MLV Textile & Engineering College:
Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute was subsisted in 1984. The industrialists of Bhilwara joined hands with the government of Rajasthan to bring about the establishment of the only engineering college of Rajasthan offering a degree in textiles.In the year 1988; it was upgraded to a degree level engineering college and rechristened Manikya Lal Verma Textile Institute. It started with the Textile Technology branch with an intake of 30 students per year through RPET. It is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan and is approved by A.I.C.T.E.
