General Manager (Company Affairs ) & Company Secretary: 01 Post
Assistant Company Secretary: 02 Posts
Candidates age limit should be minimum 18 to 40 years for SC/ ST/ Cat I, 18 ? 38 years for OBC, 18 ? 35 years for General Merit and 45 years for Ex Servicemen candidates. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 10 years for Persons with Disability and Widows in respective category.
Candidates should possess First Class Bachelor?s Degree, have Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, have Studied Kannada Language as one of the subject or medium of instruction in SSLC or equivalent examination or pass Kannada Language test conducted by Corporation
Selection Process: Selection will be based on merit.
