Job Notification in Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has announced notification for the recruitment of 877 Assistant Professor posts. Eligible candidates may apply online from 05-08-2017 to 25-08-2017.

1.SC: 295 posts
2.ST: 57 posts
3.OBC: 161 posts
4.GEN: 364 posts
Candidates age limit should be between 21 to 42 years as on 01-07-2017.Age relaxation is admissible for as per govt rules.
Candidates should possess Post Graduation with relevant subject & qualify in SLET or NET or SET or Ph.D. More info. visit notification
Based on Interview and Screening Test.
1.Candidates should pay Rs.150/- for UR & OBC.
2.Candidates of Uttarakhand, Rs.60/- for SC, ST & PH/ Ex-Serviceman candidates of Uttarakhand.
3.Fee can be pay through SBI e-challan/ Net.Banking/ Debit Card.

About UKPSC :

The State of Uttarakhand came into existence on 09 th November, 2000 under the Reorganisation of Uttar Pradesh Act 2000. The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission was Constituted under the provisions of the Article 315 of the Constitution of India by the Governor of Uttarakhand vide Notification No. 247/1Karmik 2001 dated 14 th March, 2001(Annexure1). The Commission came into existence on 15 May, 2001. At present the strength of the Commission is the Chairman & the Six Members(Annexure2).
