Itihasic (Hindi): 171 Posts
Candidates age limit should be minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years for OC, 43 years for Women, 42 years for BCs, 45 years for SC/ ST/ Handicapped Candidates as on 01-01-2016
Candidates should possess Post Graduation in Chemistry, Physics, Itihasic (Hindi).
Candidates will be selected based on online exam

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission(J.S.S.C.) has been constitued by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act 2008 (Jharkhand Act 16, 2008) and it has been distributed vide Gazette warning no. 829 dt. 6 December 2008 of Jharkhand Governmet. Jharkhand Act 2008 has been revised by Jharkhand Act 03,2011 and Jharkhand Act 19,2011; distributed vide Gazette notice nos. 153 dt. 24 February 2011 and 687 dt. 11 October 2011 separately.
