Intelligence Bureau has announce a recruitment notification for 1430 post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer( ACIO). Eligible candidates should apply online through the official website, mha.nic.in on or before last date 02-09-2017.

Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years.
Applicants should have completed Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University.
Based on Written Test and Interview.
Candidate pay Rs.100/- for Only male candidates belonging to General and OBC category candidates. All SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. The application fee should be deposited through offline with challan form or online with debit/ credit card or Netbanking. Candidates can apply online only through the official website of the MHA, mha.nic.in between 12-08-2017 to 02-09-2017.

About Intelligence Bureau (IB) :

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) is Indias internal intelligence agency. It was recast as the Central Intelligence Bureau in 1947 under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The reason for the perception may be because, in 1885, Major General Sir Charles MacGregor was appointed Quartermaster General and head of the Intelligence Department for the British Indian Army at Simla. The objective then was to monitor Russian troop deployments in Afghanistan, fearing a Russian invasion of British India through the North-West during the late 19th century.
