Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2017 Apply Online for Yantrik Posts

Job notification in Indian Coast Guard has announced a notification for the recruitment of Yantrik (01/ 2018 Batch) vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online from 06-09-2017 to 13-09-2017.


Name of the Vacancies:
1. Yantrik Technical (Mechanical)
2. Yantrik Technical (Electrical)
3. Yantrik Technical (Electronics and Telecommunication)
Appllicanys should be in between 18 years and maximum 22 years. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates admissible as per Government rules.
Candidates should posses Matriculation or equivalent and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio/ Power) Engineering Approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) with 60% in aggregate.
Based on merit, Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examination
Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in from 06-09-2017 to 13-09-2017

About Indian Coast Guard:

The Indian Coast Guard is a multi-mission organization, conducting round-the-year real-life operations at sea.  Despite being relatively small, it has a wide range of task capabilities for both surface and air operations.The organization is headed by the Director General Indian Coast Guard (DGICG) exercising his overall command and superintendence from the Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) located at New Delhi.  At CGHQ, he is assisted by four Deputy Director Generals of the rank of Inspector General, and other senior officers heading various staff divisions.
