Group X & Group Y (Airmen) Vacancies
Candidate born between 17 January 2000 and 30 December 2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
for Group-X (Except Education Instructor Trade). (i) Passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Educational Board listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (ii) Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering in any stream. The candidate should have completed the course from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute listed as COBSE

Group-Y {Except Medical Assistant and Musician} Trades. : (i) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Online Written Exam.
Eligible candidates to log on to www.airmenselection.cdac.in or www.careerindianairforce.cdac.in for online registration and guidelines for filling up the form online between 02 January 2020 to 21 January 2020.

About Indian Air Force:


The Indian Air Force (IAF) is the air arm of the Indian Armed Forces. Its complement of personnel and aircraft assets ranks fourth amongst the air forces of the world.[7] Its primary mission is to secure Indian airspace and to conduct aerial warfare during armed conflict. It was officially established on 8 October 1932 as an auxiliary air force of the British Empire which honoured India's aviation service during World War II.
