Job notification in ISM Dhanbad for JRF/ SRF, Project Asst & Fellow Posts.Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 08 & 30-09-2016 for Post No. 01 & 04 and walk in on 12-09-2016 at 11:00 AM for Post No. 02 & 04.


1. JRF/ SRF: 01 Post
2. Project Fellow: 01 Post
3. Project Assistant: 01 Post
4. Junior Research Fellow: 01 Post
Candidates age limit should be 28 years as on the day on which application is made. Relaxation of age will be applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH as per GOI rules.
Candidates should possess B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E/ M.Tech in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering with first class or equivalent GPA & NET qualification for Post No. 01, M.Tech. (Geomatics/ Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geoinformatics)/ B.E or B.Tech (Mining/ Geo-informatics/ Geo-sciences) for Post No. 02, Diploma (Mining/ Mine Surveying/ Civil)/ Person having valid Surveyor Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS for Post No. 03 with minimum 55 % marks & M.Tech. (Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering/ Rock Mechanics Specialization) with first class or equivalent GPA for Post No. 04.
Candidates will be selected based on interview.
Eligible candidates may send their application with full Bio data, and copy of the relevant supporting documents regarding age, qualification, experience etc to the Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad on or before 08 & 30-09-2016 for Post No. 01 & 04 and walk in interview with CV along with original certificates along with one xerox copy of all the documents on 12-09-2016 at 11:00 AM for Post No. 02 & 04

About ISM Dhanbad:
The Indian School of Mines was formally opened on ninth December 1926, by Lord Irwin, the then Viceroy of India to address the prerequisite for arranged work related to mining practices in the country with controls of Mining and Applied Geology.
