Job notification in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) for Library Trainee Posts.Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 14-09-2016.


Library Trainee-03
Candidate age limit is 28 years as on last date of application. Age relaxation of 05 years for SC, ST, OBC & Differently abled candidates is applicable.
Candidates should possess Master of Library & Information Science (M.Lib.I.Sc) from an affiliated university/ institute with at least 55% marks or equivalent with relevant experience.
Candidates will be selected based on written test/ interview.
Eligible candidates can send application in prescribed format along with attested copy of certificates & latest passport size photograph, envelope should be superscribed as Application for the post of Library Trainee to Naresh Singh Bhandari, Dy. Librarian, IIT Mandi, Central Library, Academic Block, Near Bus Stand Mandi, Mandi (HP) or soft copy of application along with scans of testimonials, with subject line Application for the post of Library Trainee by email to nsbhandari@iitmandi.ac.in on or before 14-09-2016.

About IIT Mandi: 
Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi) is a plotting and headway pushed rule foundation planned in Mandi. It is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India under The Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2011 which pronounces these eight IITs and additionally the change of Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University to IIT.The Act was gone in the Lok Sabha on 24 March 2011 and by the Rajya Sabha on 30 April 2012.IIT Mandi is guided by IIT Roorkee, which enabled the focal heap of understudies. In a matter of seconds, IIT Mandi limits from travel grounds at Mandi town in Himachal Pradesh.Permanent grounds (around 12 km from fundamental city of Mandi) is a work in headway along Uhl River (a tributary of River Beas) at Kamand, Mandi.
