Candidates age should be 21-45 years as on date of interview. Age relaxation is applicable is applicable as per Govt. rules.
Candidates should possess M.Sc in Bio-Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Basic Science for Post 1, M.Sc in Life Science/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry for Post 2.

About IISR Lucknow:
The Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research (IISR), Lucknow was set up in 1952 by the recent Indian Central Sugarcane Committee for directing inquires about on major and connected parts of sugarcane society and additionally to co-ordinate the exploration work done on this yield in various States of the nation. The Government of India assumed control over the Institute from the Indian Central Sugarcane Committee on first January, 1954. On April 1, 1969, it was exchanged to the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi alongwith other focal farming examination organizations.
