Job notification in Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) for 632 PGT Posts.Eligible candidates can apply Online on or before 12-12-2016 till 11.59 PM.


Junior Office Assistant (Information Technology)
Candidates age should be in between 18 years and 45 years will be reckoned as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is 05 years admissible for bonafide SC & OBC of Himachal Pradesh. For H.P. Govt. employees and Ex-servicemen of H.P as per rules.
Candidates should possess 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/ University, Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institution, have Computer typing Speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi or 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/ University, O? or ?A? level Diploma from National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology with adequate experience.
Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Screening Test/ Type test/ Viva-voice/ Interview.

About Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission:
Himachal Pradesh attained statehood on 25th January, 1971. Prior to this date, the function of Public Service Commission in respect of the civil services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union Territory of Himachal Pradesh were being discharged by the Union Public Service Commission under Article 315 of the Constitution of India. It was, therefore, incumbent on the State to have its own Public Service Commission. However, since a State Public Service Commission could be constituted simultaneously with the attainment of Statehood, the Union Public Service Commission, on a request from the Governor of the State of Himachal Pradesh with the approval of the President of India, agreed to serve the needs of Himachal Pradesh till the establishment of a Public Service Commission for the State or for a period of three months from 25th January, 1971 whichever was earlier.
