Craft Instructor: 05 Posts
Multi Tasking Staff (Workshop Attendant): 03 Posts
Candidates age should not be exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation for Govt. Servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.
Candidates should possess Higher Secondary or equivalent with subject of Maths & Science from a recognized board and National Trade Certificate in the concerned trade or Diploma in the Engineering trade course in the appropriate branch, practical experience of not less than 5 years including training period & knowledge of local language for S.No-01, ITI passed in Engineering trade and experience of working in Engineering Workshop for period of 2 years for S.No-02.
Selection will be based on interview.
Eligible candidates can attend for walk in interview along with application in prescribed format, self attested copies of certificates & all relevant documents on 29-09-2016 at 10:30 AM. Venue details are mentioned below.

About Daman:
Daman and Diu stayed Portuguese states for about four centuries. On nineteenth December, 1961. It got freed from Portuguese Rule turned out to be a piece of the UT of Goa, Daman and Diu. On 30th May 1987 UT of Daman and Diu appeared after Goa got to be State. Daman and Diu police is controlled by the Goa Government rules till 1987. 
Daman is 193 Km from Mumbai, on the western side of National Highway No 8. Vapi, around 12 Kms. from Daman, is the Main Rail Head. Diu is situated at the southern most tip of Saurashtra close Veraval. Diu is around 760 Kms. far from Daman. Dialects talked Gujarati, Hindi and Portuguese. Significant waterway crossing Daman is Damanganga. Diu is an island encompassed by Arabian Sea yet now two extensions interface it with Gujarat. Yearly precipitation in mm - 1830 in Daman, 590 in Diu. Daman and Diu together shape one parliamentary body electorate.
