Job notification in Government of West Bengal, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti (DHFWS),North 24 Parganas has released notification for the recruitment of 30 STS (Senior Treatment Supervisor), STLS (Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor), TBHV (Tuberculosis Health Visitor), Lab Technician vacancies of RNTCP (Revised National Tuberculosis Programme) on contract basis. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed format on or before 08-08-2017.


Total No of Posts: 30
Name of the Posts:
1. STS (Senior Treatment Supervisor): 04 Posts
2. STLS (Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor) : 01 Post
3. TBHV (Tuberculosis Health Visitor): 14 Posts
4. Lab Technician: 11 Posts.
Candidates age should be between 22-40 years for post 1, 2, 22-62 years for post 3, 4 as on the date of advertisement. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates under reserved categories as per govt norms.
Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree/ recognized sanitary inspectors course & should have permanent two wheeler driving license for post 1, Graduation with Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology for post 2, Graduation/ Intermediate (10+2) for post 3, Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory technology for post 4 with relevant experience. Candidates have to pay of Rs.100/- (Rs. 50/- for reserve category candidates) through cash deposit in any branch of bank of India in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, A/c number-424210100036711, IFSC code-BKID0004242, Barasat Branch.Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested photocopies of all relevant certificates, original copy of deposit or any other transaction slip of application fee through registered post or speed post only to Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Banamalipore, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700124 on or before 08-08-2017.
