Applicants age should be not more than 40 years for S.No-01, 02, 03, 08, 09, 10, 60 years for 04, 05, 06, 07, between 20 to 40 years for S.No-11, below 64 years for S.No-12, below 40 years for 13, 14, 15, 16 as on 01-09-2017, 22 to 40 years for S.No-17, 19, 22-62 years for S.No-18, 20, 21.
Candidates should posses 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT), M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT for Post-01, 03, Master?s/ Post Graduate degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development for Post-02, Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), 10+2 before obtaining diploma or degree for Post-04, PG Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing or Graduate in Psychology/ Social work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Dev./ Nursing for Post-05. Applicants have to pay Rs. 100/- for unreserved candidates, Rs. 50/- for reserved category in form of demand draft drawn in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, A/C Non -NHM ,Hooghly payable at UBI, Chinsurah.
