Candidates age limit should be 18-27 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST & Other backward classess admissible as per rules.
Candidates should possess Matriculation Passed or equivalent for S.No-1, Class VII passed with valid driving licence for S.No-2, 3, 4,5, 10th or its equivalent for S.No-4, Classs XII (SC) for S.No-5 & 6 Posts with adequate experience.
Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Personal Interview.

About District Selection Committee Meghalaya:
The Khasi Hills District was divided into two districts, viz the East Khasi Hills District and the West Khasi Hills District on 28th October 1976. On June 4th, 1992, East Khasi Hills District was further divided into two administrative districts of East Khasi Hills District and Ri-Bhoi District.Shillong is the district headquarter of East Khasi Hills District. The district consists of Eight Community and Rural Development blocks at present.
