Job notification in Government of Andhra Pradesh,District Medical & Health Officer(DMHO), Health,Medical & Family Welfare Department, Kadapa has released notification for the recruitment of 51 O.B.G. Specialist, Staff Nurse, Cook-cum Care Taker, Lab-Technician, Sr Treatment Laboratory Supervisor, Supporting Staff, Security Staff vacancies for various programmes under National Health Mission on contract basis. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed format on or before 05-08-2017.

1. O.B.G. Specialist (CEMONC): 02 posts
2. Staff Nurse (24-7 MCH Centres): 22 Posts
3. Staff Nurse (CEMONC): 15 Posts
4. Cook-cum Care Taker (NRC): 01 Post
5. Lab-Technician (RNTCP): 01 Post
6. Sr Treatment Laboratory Supervisor (RNTCP): 01 Post
7. Staff Nurse (SNCU): 01 Post
8. Supporting Staff (SNCU): 01 Post
9. Security Staff (SNCU): 03 Posts
10. Lab-Technician (Component LT) (Blood Bank): 04 Posts.
Candidates age should be between 18-42 years as on 01-07-2017. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ST/OBC, 10 years for Physically Handicapped persons, Ex-Service Men as per rules.
Candidates should possess Medical Graduation (MBBS), MD Gynec.,(or)Diploma in OBG & must be registered in the AP Medical Council for post 1, General Nursing & Midwifery Course from Govt./ Govt. Recognized Nursing Institute & must be registered in the A.P. Nursing Council for post 2, 3, 7, 5th to 10th Class for post 4, 12th Science + Diploma or Certified course in Medial Laboratory Technology or equivalent for post 5, 6, 5th Class Pass for post 8. Candidates will be selected based on merit.
Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format, affixing self attested latest passport size photo on it along with attested copies of all relevant certificates, DD in person or by Registered Post to the DM&HO, Y.S.R. Kadapa on or before 05-08-2017.Candidates have to pay Rs.200/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of District Medical & Health Officer, Kadapa.

The role and responsibility of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare is implementation of Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Welfare services in the State viz. Family Planning, Antenatal Care, Postnatal Care including Immunization services. The focus is mainly on promotive and preventive care. Family Welfare Programme is a Centrally Sponsored Programme with 100% financial assistance from Govt. of India from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Certain schemes are also assisted by State Government. External aided agencies are also assisting for the activities under National Rural Health Mission.
