District Health & Family Welfare Samiti (DHFWS), Howrah has given an employment notification for the recruitment of 36 Laboratory Technician (RNTCP), Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS), Counselor (Blood Bank), Laboratory Technician (NUHM), Technical Supervisor (Blood Bank), Counselor (ICTC), Laboratory Technician (ICTC), Laboratory Technician vacancies on contractual basis. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 17-05-2017

Candidates age should be 22 to 62 years for post 1, 22 to 40 years for post 2, 40 years or less for post 3,4,5,6,7,8 as on 01-01-2017
Candidates should have lntermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent for post 1, Graduatation, Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology or equivalent from a govt recognized institution for post 2, Masters / Post Graduate degree in psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ human Development from any lnstitution recognized by Central or State Government for post 3, Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ lnstitute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE for post 4, Passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics with biological science before obtaining any degree or diploma for post 5
Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with attested photocopies of all testimonials including proof of age, caste, mark sheets & certificates of all examinations passed, proof of residence, proof of two wheeler valid permanent driving license in case of STLS and 2 passport size photographs dropped in the box at the Bungalow Office of the CMOH
