Job notification in Govt of Tripura, Department of Agriculture, Tripura has invited the applications from applicants for 126 Assistant Technology Manager (ATM),Black Technology Manager(BTM), Computer Operator, State/ Gender Coordinator vacancies purely on contract basis. Eligible candidates are apply in the prescribed format on or before 07-09-2017.

Aplicants age should be maximum 65 years for post-1, 45 years for post-2 to Post 4.
Applicants should have Graduation or PG degree in Agriculture or with relevant experience of Planning and Coordination for post-1, Graduation/ PG degree in Agriculture/ Allied sector with computer skill for post-2, Graduation/ PG degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Economics/ Marketing/ Veterinary Science/ AHD/ Fisheries for post-3, Graduation in any discipline and Diploma in Computer or an equivalent from any reputed institution for post-4.

About Department of Agriculture in Government of Tripura :
Prior to integration of Tripura with the Indian Union 15th of October,1947, the developmental activities of agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries was being looked after by a small set up headed by one Superintendent. The Director of Agriculture was appointed for the first time in 1950.He was assisted by a handful of officers in the disciplines of agriculture, veterinary and fisheries. All located in the then Mantri Office, now old Secretariat. Subsequently the Directorate was shifted to a building used to be known as Lal Dalan, which was situated in the Palace compound and at present the Town Hall is situated.
