Job notification in District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) for Staff Nurse, Pharmacist & Lab Technician Posts.Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 04-09-2016 by 05:00 PM


1. Staff Nurse: 06 Posts
2. Pharmacist Gr II: 02 Posts
3. Lab Technician Gr II: 02 Posts
Candidates should possess SSC and Inter, GNM/ B.Sc (N)/ M.Sc (N) and Registration with Staff Nurses Council with up to date renewal for Post No. 01, SSC and Inter, Diploma in Pharmacy/ B.pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy and Registered with pharmacy council with up to date renewal for Post No. 02 & SSC and Inter, Diploma in DMLT/ B.Sc (LT) and Registered with Ap Para Medical Board for Post No. 03.
Candidates will be selected based on merit.
Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format with 01 photograph should be pasted on the application along with attested copies of SSC or equivalent examination certificate, Intermediate or 10+2 examination certificate, qualifying examination pass certificates, marks memo of all the years, registration certificates, latest caste certificate, study certificate, PH certificate, ex serviceman certificate & acknowledgment card in person or registered post to the District Medical & Health Officer, District Hospital Premises, Vizianagaram on or before 04-09-2016 by 05:00 PM.

About  DMHO Vizianagaram:
The role and responsibility of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare is implementation of Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Welfare services in the State viz. Family Planning, Antenatal Care, Postnatal Care including Immunization services. The focus is mainly on promotive and preventive care. Family Welfare Programme is a Centrally Sponsored Programme with 100% financial assistance from Govt. of India from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Certain schemes are also assisted by State Government. External aided agencies are also assisting for the activities under National Rural Health Mission.
