Candidates should have VIII Passed, Valid Driving Licence.
Candidates will be selected based on written test/ viva voce
Eligible candidates may send their application in standard form with self attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, educational qualification, caste, experince if any along with 02 copies of recent passport size photographs and 01 self addressed envelope of 5 cm x 11 cm affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 5/- should be enclosed with the application along with mobile number, if any to the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur within 20 days from the date of advertisement.

The Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Court was established on 2.4.2002 inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court Mr R.S.Mongia. The Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhakuakhana is functioning in the present location at the building of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate court complex, Dhakuakhana.It is about 8km from Dhakuakhana Charali.
