About Chhattisgarh High Court:
The Chhattisgarh High Court is one of the new High Courts in India. It was set up on first of November 2000 as a different High Court for recently made State of Chhattisgarh under the Madhya Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2000 having its locale over the domains of the condition of Chhattisgarh. The High Court of Bilaspur is the nineteenth High Court of India. The High Court was introduced by Hon'ble Mr. Equity B.N. Kirpal, Judge Supreme Court of India on first of November 2000 in the Presence of Mr. Arun Jaitley, Union Minister of State for Law and Justice and Company Affairs Hon'ble Mr. Equity Bhawani Singh Chief Justice of High Court of M.P. what's more, Hon'ble Mr. Equity R.S. Garg, first Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur. It's new building is arranged in Bilaspur at Bodri. The court has endorsed quality of eighteen judges.
