Applicants age should not more than 57 years for Post(1), Not Exceeding 50 years for Post(2,9), Not Exceeding 56 years for Post(3), Not Exceeding 45 years for Post(4,7), Not Exceeding 35 years for Post(5,6,11 to 14,16,17), Not Exceeding 40 years for Post(8,10 & 19), Not Exceeding 30 years for Post(15,18,19 to 25). However, the upper age-limit is relaxable as per government rules for different categories.
Candidates have Posses 10th, 12th,Diploma(Nursing) /GNM, Graduation, B.E/B.Tech, PG, MBBS/MD/MS or equivalent from recognized Board or University. For Posts wise eligibility criteria details refer official notification.
Based on Written Test and Skill Test conducted by CUPB.
Applicants required to pay Fee Rs.600/- for Unreserved candidates. No Fee for SC/ST/PWD reserved candidates. The Application fee should be pay through online mode during filling online Application Form. Candidates can apply online only through the official website of the CUPB, www.cup.ac.in between 01-09-2017 to 22-09-2017.

About CUPB :

Central University of Punjab, Bathinda (CUPB) was established in 2009 along with other new Central Universities by an Act of Parliament (No 25, of 2009). The University is now accredited with 'A' grade from NAAC. It is credited with highest per capita research funding. The university has a mission of providing wide range of instructional and research facilities across integrated and cross-disciplines, promote innovation in teaching, learning and research, and cross-pollinate new ideas, new technologies and new world-views. It aims to create an ignited workforce responsive to regional, national and global needs in tune with the requirements of academia, industry and business. The university started in a three-room Camp Office provided by the state administration in March 2009. Making a modest but speedy start, the university accepted on rent, a dilapidated campus of 37 acres of an abandoned co-operative spinning mill on Mansa Road, Bathinda. It had a tin-roofed factory-hall and a small administrative building. These structures were renovated and made operational. It is from this campus that CUPB has been working and progressing. The university has established a Central Instrumentation Laboratory, Computer Center and the University Library to provide high end facilities to its faculty and students.
