Candidates age should be below 67 years as on date of interview
Candidates has to possess MBBS & Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in the concerned Specialty with relevant experience for Post 1 & MBBS & Internship for Post 2.
Eligible candidates can walk in along with application in plain paper, superscripting the name of post applied for, documents in original & photocopies of all relevant documents (Degree, Age Proof & Experience Certificate etc) & five passport size recent photographs on 19-09-2016 at 09:00 hrs.
