Job notification in Biju Patanik University of Technology (BPUT) for Teaching & Non Teaching Posts.Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 01-10-2016.


Assistant Professor: 09 Posts
Principal: 01 Post
Officer on Special Duty: 01 Post
Assistant Law Officer: 01 Post
Junior Stenographer: 02 Posts
Candidates age should be between 21-32 years as on 01-10-2016. Age relaxation will be applicable 05 years for SC/ ST/ Woman/ SEBC candidates and 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates.
Candidates qualification as per AICTE/ UGC norms for S.No-01, MBA/ MCA for S.No-02, any Graduation (Arts/ Science/ Commerce or an equivalent examinations) from any recognized university for S.No-03 to 05.
Selection will be based on written test/ trade test/ interview.

The Biju Patnaik University of Technology ( BPUT ), Orissa, with its head-quarters in Rourkela came into being in November 2002 through an act of the Government.The main objective of instituting the University was to ensure a high quality of students coming out of the technical colleges through a common curriculum and uniform evaluation.Today, the University has 110 colleges, both constituent and affiliated, with around 58,000 students.The disciplines include engineering and architecture, business management and hotel management, computer studies and pharmacy.Several of these offer both undergraduate and post graduate studies.
