Candidates upper age limit should be 30 years for S.No-04, Age relaxation will be applicable 05 years for female/ SC & ST categories as per Government of India rules.
Candidates should possess M.Sc in Physics/ Material Science/ Nanoscience & Technology for S.No-01, M.Sc in Physics/ Material Science with 55% marks and qualify in NET/ GATE/ JEST/ AICTE for S.No-02, Ph.D Degree in Physics/ Material Science/ Nanoscience & Technology/ Biotechnology or equivalent Degree for S.No-03, 12th pass wiht working knowledge of computer application (preference will be given to Diploma in Computer Application & ITI certificate) for S.No-04.
Selection will be based on screening/ written test/ examination/ interview.
Eligible candidates can send their application along with detailed cv, self attested photocopies of mark sheets and certificates etc., through speed post to Prof. O. N. Srivastava, Principle Investigator, DST/ DST, SERB research project, Physics Department, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi on or before 06-10-2016 for S.No-01 to 03, application on plain paper with bio-data, photograph, attested copies of all mark sheets/ certificates, documents in support of qualification and relevant experience to Prof. R. S. Singh, Nodal Officer, GKMS, Department of Geophysics, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi within 21 days from the date of advt for S.No-04.
