Applicants sage limit should be 18 to 43 years as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST candidates as per Government rules.
Candidates should have Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST candidates) and minimum 6 months Diploma certificate in Computer proficiency from recognized Institute.
Based on Written Test.
Candidates should have to pay Rs. 250/- for General, Rs.150/- for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates through Treasury Challan to the Head of Account 0070-Other Administrative Services-60- Other Services-800-Other Receipts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.sad.assam.gov.in from 26-08-2017 to 24-09-2017.

About SAD Assam :

Secretariat Administration Department originally formed a part of the Establishment Branch of the Finance Department. In 1930, there were only 5 Secretariat Departments and a few branches with clerical strength of 35 Upper Division assistants and 124 Lower Division Assistants under 5 Head Assistants working under the administrative control of the Registrar who functioned directly under the Chief Secretary.
