Job Notification in Allahabad High Court, for the recruitment of 1955 Class III, Class IV & Contractual ICT vacancies for 212 Fast Track Courts & 38 Additional Courts and for Contractual ICT posts, in District Courts subordinate to the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Eligible candidates may apply online from 12-06-2017 to 03-07-2017.

Candidates age limit should be between 18-40 years for Sl No A & B and maximum 30 years for Sl No C as on 01-07-2016.
Candidates should possess Graduation with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography along with CCC issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society for Sl No A(01)

Intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society and 25/ 30 words per minutes for Hindi/ English Typewriting on Computer for Sl No A (02 to 05)

Junior High school for Sl No B (01 & 02) and B.E (Computer Science or related subject) or equivalent higher qualification from a recognized University/ Institution or M.C.A/ M.Sc (Computer Science or related subject) from a recognized University/Institution or Second Class Bachelors Degree from a recognized University with B level course certificate from DOEACC/ NIELIT for Sl No C (01).
Based on Offline Written Examination followed by Hindi/ English Computer Type Test, Hindi/ English Shorthand Test and Practical Knowledge of Programming Test wherever applicable.
Candidates should pay Rs. 750/- (+ Bank charges extra) for General and OBC candidates & Rs. 500/- (+ Bank charges extra) for SC/ ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh for Sl No A & C and Rs. 500/- (+ Bank charges extra) for General and OBC candidates & Rs. 300/- (+ Bank charges extra) for SC/ ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh for Sl No B through online or off line.

About Allahabad High Court:


Allahabad became the seat of Government of North-Western Provinces and a High Court was established in 1834 but was shifted to Agra within a year.In 1868 it shifted back to Allahabad.The former High Court was located at the Accountant Generals office at the University of Allahabad complex.

It was founded as the High Court of Judicature for the North-Western Provinces at Agra on 17 March 1866 by the Indian High Courts Act 1861 replacing the old Sadr Diwani Adalat. Sir Walter Morgan, Barrister-at-Law and Mr. Simpson were appointed the first Chief Justice and the first Registrar respectively of the High Court of North-Western Provinces.

The location High Court for the North-Western Provinces was shifted from Agra to Allahabad in 1869 and the name was correspondingly changed to the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad from 11 March 1919.
