About AP HIGH COURT:
The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is the normal High Court of the Indian conditions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as it was known before, was set up on 5 November 1956 under the State Reorganization Act 1956. The Andhra Pradesh High Court was renamed as High court of Hyderabad in perspective of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh state. From 2 June 2014, after the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014 came into constrain, it has been renamed and serves as a typical high court for both the states. A different high court must be built up for Andhra Pradesh. After a different High Court for Andhra Pradesh is set up, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad should remain the High Court for Telangana state.
